Giving your opinion on internet sites is one of the more well known ways of making money online. They are very simple; they email you informing you of the survey, you take it, and you claim your reward, normally via Paypal.
Obviously, the more panels you join, the more surveys you will be invited to do. The following companies are my favourites:

This company emails about surverys frequently. They pay well and rewards are by Paypal or an online shop, where you can exchange your points for physical items or music downloads. Points are rewarded for taking the surveys.

YouGov
YouGov is a survey site which pays is not quite as frequent as LightSpeed, but worth joining none the less. The surveys are interesting and well paid. Sign up here!
